In fact, every time gas prices rise or there is a "gas shortage" a new device appears on the market.

The EPA in the U.S. has tested hundreds of these products over the years and not found a single product that works. Furthermore, Consumer Reports recently tested several new products and found that none of them lived up to their claims.
